I woke up this morning with an awful sore throat and flem (phleghm? pleghm? what?) lodged up all up inside. Gross, huh? 😉 I still had to do a lot of things for Miracle Eye today regardless of the fact that I was dying. Life of a business owner sure is totally great.. tote-ally. totes. After running 23849723984ioerjqwlkefj (letters mixed with numbers are a unit of measurement, yes) necessary errands today, I got home and watched seasons 4-6 of Dexter all over again. Tons of ice cream, and tons of blood involved — My two favorite things, yay! Now that we’re on the topic of blood, my dad underwent a procedure a few days ago and is finally getting better. He is really strong, and seeing him go through so much pain was really difficult for me. I finally got some sleep, but I was really worried and just overall despondent. Anyways, I hope you all have a wonderful day. PS this song is literally the best thing on Earth, aside from cheese, duh. OH AND DUDEZ, PARTICULARLY *AMERICAN* DUDES WITH CABLE, NEW WORKAHOLICS TONIGHT. Tune in, it’s on Comedy Central. I will be politely asking my rabbit Panchita to leave the room as I’ll be making babies during the commercials. Everybody Needs a Trench

Il trench è sicuramente il protagonista indiscusso del mio outfit di oggi. Vi avevo già parlato dell’importanza di un trench che in “The Little Black Book of Style” viene evidenziato come uno dei capi intramontabili che ogni donna dovrebbe avere nel proprio guardaroba. Personalmente non avevo ancora un trench basico, e credo di potermi ritenere soddisfatta questo capo Giorgia & John che, nonostante si allontani dalla linea classica, ha una linea più femminile e sottolinea il punto vita, e per questo mi piace ancora di più. Cosa ne pensate?

Trench is the protagonist in this post. I have already told you about trench, in “The Little Black Book of Style” it is considered like a basic item, everybody needs it in the closet. I had not a basic trench, but now I’m totally satisfied with my Giorgia & Johns outfit, it isn’t a classic model but it’s a really female model and I really like this. What do you think?

Diferença de idades no amor

Sempre quis falar sobre este assunto, mas nunca antes surgiu a oportunidade. E uma vez que lembro agora do assunto apetece-me partilhar com vocês o que acho e o que sinto em relação a isso. E também claro quero saber a vossa opinião e se já alguma vez vos aconteceu apaixonaram-se por algum com diferença de idades.

Mas até que ponto é aceitável a diferença de idades?

Pois bem…há quem aceite qualquer tipo de amor independentemente da idade. Já eu não sou bem assim…na verdade já fui menos, agora cada vez mais penso que a idade é irrelevante no que toca ao amor.

Há quem aceite apenas uma diferença de idades entre os 5 e os 10 anos…há quem aceite 15, 20, 25 e até mesmo 30 anos de diferença. E aí é que está…eu apenas não aceito tamanha diferença de idades não porque sou preconceituosa nada disso, mas porque sei que um dia um de “nós” pessoas apaixonadas, fica cá e a outra vai-se embora. A verdade é que a vida é assim mesmo. Ainda que o destino decida o contrário a idade tende a tramar o destino das pessoas. E nesses casos é um verdadeiro sofrimento para quem cá fica!…

Acredito que nomeadamente os famosos são uma fraude [pronto neste caso confesso que posso estar a ser preconceituosa mas é o que acho]…o amor existente numa diferença de idades como as deles retoma apenas para um ponto focal , dinheiro!

No entanto já vi casais com diferença de idades de 20 anos , mas pessoas tão humildes…tão solidários uns com os outros. Simplesmente acho que um amor entre um casal com tamanha diferença de idades é capaz de ter um relacionamento bem mais estável do que um casal com a mesma idade, isto porque como sabem os rapazes têm mais imaturidade do que as meninas…pelo que quanto mais velhos melhor [na minha opinião] ainda que por vezes ainda com os seus 30 anos ainda sejam umas completas crianças. Aha! True Story. Mas também sei que há pessoas e pessoas… pelo que nem sempre resulta . Bem sei disso .

Mas agora digam-me uma coisa , acham que tamanha diferença de idades é repugnante ou amoroso?

Eu sou da opinião que é algo verdadeiramente amoroso, mas há quem seja da opinião que é repugnante. E eu gostava de saber a vossa opinião e a razão já agora 🙂

Hello everyone!

How are you all…? I feel in a much better mood than I have been this past week. Maybe it’s the sunshine. Maybe it’s the fact that I have 7 days of high school left. Maybe it’s the fact that I’m wearing a beret and red lipstick; my two favorite things in the world. Or maybe it’s all of them combined.

Anyways I took my picture for my senior superlative award of Best Dressed today. Ahh, disaster just like I predicted. I don’t understand how I can take thousands of pictures for this blog for two and a half years and then totally freeze in front of the camera for one measly yearbook/newspaper photo. Sigh, forever awkward will I be. Let’s hope this awkwardness wears off in college!

Its Tie – Dye Time!

A po ombre przyszedł czas na tie – dye! Czyli kolejny post z cyklu: Jak zrobić, żeby się nie narobić i żeby było tanio i modnie 🙂 Po raz kolejny poszła w ruch butelka Ace i stare rurki. nogawki spodnie zawiązałam na supeł, do misko wlałam wybielacz i zamoczyłam spodnie. Ze względu na fakt, że przez supeł spodnie mają sporą objętość, co jakiś czas je przekładałam na różne strony. Generalnie nic prostszego! Efekt jaki jest sami widzicie 😉 Jak dla mnie wolałabym, żeby były trochę jaśniejsze, ale jeszcze nic straconego, butelka Ace to w końcu kosz tylko 5zł. Do tych spodnie założyłam białą koszulę z sh, naszyjnik, który także sama zrobiłam i buty Asos. Spodnie typu tie – dye będą się nie tylko świetnie komponowały z bielą, ale także z hitowymi neonami, kwiatami oraz czernią 🙂 Przypomnę, że tego typu spodnie pojawiły się w kolekcji Isabel Marant.

Well hey there! Errgggg I always feel annoyed with myself when I don’t blog on days that I normally blog on. Sunday I just wasn’t feeling in the mood, and Monday was Nat’s birthday so I was with him all day. But still! I enjoy my little features and don’t like it when I don’t do them. 😦 Well, I have just a few photos today that my mom helped me take. It was so chilly when we were doing it! I’m so sick of wind. Get me to a place that has no wind. Pronto.
